Cardinal Fitness memberships are month-to-month memberships. When you join one club, you have access to all clubs in the greater Indianapolis area.

*Monthly dues must be paid by electronic funds transfer (EFT). Family members must be a spouse, significant other, or child (ages 12-22) and living at the same address. Tanning and the Kids' Room are available at a nominal fee. A one-time Joining Fee applies to all memberships. Joining fees do not include a one-time $20 processing fee.
